1. Quality Assurance Mechanical Inspection

The first Quality Inspection is for the internal mechanics of your new home and happens before the home is released to have the drywall installed. This ensures that every home meets the strict standards required to be an Ameritrend Home.

2. New Home Owner Walk Through and Mechanical Inspection

One of our highly trained construction personnel will lead you through your new home so you may get to know how your home is built on the “inside” prior to drywall being installed.

3. Quality Assurance Inspection

Each Ameritrend Home must pass two Quality Inspections by our Internal Quality Assurance Department. The 2nd quality internal inspection happens at the time construction is completed. Before your home is released for your final New Home Orientation, we ensure you receive everything you expect and more from your new home.

4. New Homeowner Orientation

Each Ameritrend Home is presented to you at your New Home Orientation. At that time all of your questions are answered about how to care for and maintain your new home. When acceptable, your closing paperwork will be created.
